This is the US 12" (Stax D-123), ripped to 16/44.1 FLAC in June 2015.
Compared to my previously posted rip (hash 74D963F6FAE5D0E5E448DB3F04D5B952328F085E), this one has several improvements, including no skip at 2:45 on the A-side, much better EQ, and fully manual declicking. Overall the sound quality is much better.
Although marketed as a disco record, the A-side is funky funk music which you will recognize as having been used in the song "Pump Up the Volume" by M|A|R|R|S. The B-side is a slow jam with organ, synth, electric guitar and horns. Both sides just kill, in my opinion.
